At The Local Mama Collective UK, we work hard to plan our events, workshops, and gatherings in advance — including venue hire, catering, and materials — so we are unable to offer refunds once a booking has been made.
1. No Refunds
All bookings and ticket sales are non-refundable. This applies to all circumstances, including illness, changes in personal plans, or non-attendance.
We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your understanding that we are a small, community-focused organisation with upfront costs for each event.
2. If We Cancel or Reschedule
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or postpone an event, you will be offered one of the following options:

A credit voucher equal to the full value of your booking, redeemable against a future event, or

A transfer of your ticket to another available date or event of your choice (subject to availability).
Credit vouchers will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
3. Ticket Transfers
If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another parent or carer.
Please notify us by email at [insert contact email] with the name and contact details of the person taking your place at least 24 hours before the event.
4. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to venues, facilitators, or timings where necessary.
If significant changes occur, we will contact you as soon as possible and honour your choice of a voucher or transfer as described above.
